📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
• Train and educate employees on HSE best practices and emergency response procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HSE management.
• Manage and maintain HSE documentation, including incident reports and corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement measures to minimize our environmental impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, with a proven track record in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
