As an M&E Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the mechanical and electrical aspects of our construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and monitoring. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all M&E work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate the mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all M&E work is completed on time.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring that all M&E work is completed within budget.
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that all M&E work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements to project processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E coordination in construction projects.
• Proven experience with project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Procore.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations, particularly in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
