As an Education Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential students, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. You'll leverage our comprehensive database and CRM system, Salesforce, to track and manage leads effectively. With a focus on building long-term relationships, you'll also provide exceptional customer service to ensure student satisfaction and retention.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students to promote 51Talk's online education programs.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential students.
• Assist students in selecting the right course and enrollment package based on their needs and budget.
• Process enrollments and manage student accounts using Salesforce.
• Provide exceptional customer service to address student inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles, preferably in the education industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce for lead management and CRM operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with potential students.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries and objections.
• Familiarity with online education platforms and trends is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
