As an HR Recruiter at Talentvis, you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition process. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source and attract top talent, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. Our office in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung offers a unique blend of work and lifestyle, perfect for those who love the island's culture and beauty.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
• Source, attract, and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.
• Coordinate with the hiring team to schedule and manage interview processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
