As a Painting Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety for our clients. Your daily tasks will include conducting thorough inspections, documenting findings, and collaborating with our team to ensure that all painting and coating works meet the required specifications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of painting and coating works to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Document inspection findings and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to address any issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Utilize specialized tools and software, such as Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, to create and review detailed inspection reports.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in painting and coating inspections.
• Ensure that all painting and coating works are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and contractors on quality control procedures.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality on the project sites.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in painting and coating inspections, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in painting and coating inspections, such as the NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) certification, is a plus.
• Proficient in using specialized tools and software, such as Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, ASTM, and ANSI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites across Bali.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
