📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning and development of sustainable urban green spaces, ensuring ecological balance and community well-being.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of green spaces, including parks, gardens, and other natural areas.
• Collaborate with local government, environmentalists, and community leaders to implement green initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets for green space projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Monitor and report on the ecological health of green spaces, identifying areas for improvement.
• Promote community engagement and education on the importance of sustainable green spaces.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards for green space development.
• Work closely with landscaping teams to implement design and maintenance plans for green spaces.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in green space management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing sustainable green space projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards relevant to green space development.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local environmental and urban planning practices in Bangka Belitung.
