Based in Jakarta Pusat, you will work closely with our team to ensure our shelves are always stocked with the latest trends and best-selling products.

As a Merchandiser Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. You will work with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure product availability. Additionally, you will train and mentor junior merchandisers to build a strong team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability in the footwear and sports apparel categories.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for product selection and promotion.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our products.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust our strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Train and mentor junior merchandisers to build a strong and skilled team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events to boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to merchandising and retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a similar role in the consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability in a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
