📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze customer feedback and survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain customer experience metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement customer experience initiatives.
• Create reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Conduct customer experience audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in customer experience workshops and focus groups.
• Monitor and analyze customer support data to identify patterns and trends.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience or related roles.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Experience with customer experience platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in customer experience or related field is a plus.
