📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs and abilities of clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention programs tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in autism education and therapy.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on autism.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a related credential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in autism education and therapy.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and intervention strategies for autism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using assessment tools such as ADOS-2, CARS, and ABLLS.
