📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism and warmth.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold and promote our hospitality standards, including cleanliness, safety, and cultural sensitivity.
• Handle guest requests and special occasions with creativity and attention to detail.
• Train and mentor frontline staff to maintain high service quality.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to our service standards.
• Assist in event planning and execution to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a good understanding of local culture.
• Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of resort operations, including housekeeping, dining, and event planning.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and contributing to a positive work environment.
