📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
• Implement and manage software solutions, including ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our data, implementing and monitoring security protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to our IT systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Monitor system performance and implement measures to optimize efficiency and reliability.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with IT security protocols and best practices.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in IT management, such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP, are a plus.
