📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain patient records using Epic EHR and Meditech.
- Oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Train and supervise staff on healthcare protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to improve facility operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare site administration.
- Certification in Healthcare Quality Improvement (CHQI) or similar preferred.
- Proven experience with Epic EHR and Meditech.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
