• Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and well-informed.
• Provide detailed information about our luxury property developments, including features, amenities, and pricing.
• Use our advanced technology tools, such as 3D virtual tours and interactive property displays, to enhance the client experience.
• Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and guide them through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
• Promote our latest developments and special offers to potential clients.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Bali.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property management software.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience using 3D virtual tour and interactive property display tools is a plus.
