📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to the menu.,Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.,Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following all health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to manage and mentor kitchen staff.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.
