📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of students.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their academic performance.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the teaching and learning experience.,Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure the overall success of the students.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to support the academic and personal growth of all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a similar capacity.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,Valid teaching certification or license as required by Indonesian law.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
