We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Distribution Officer to join our team in Pekanbaru. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution network to ensure efficient and timely delivery of our products to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement distribution strategies to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.,Manage and supervise a team of distribution officers to achieve company goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of distribution activities with overall business operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to distribution activities.,Conduct regular training and development activities for the distribution team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts or overstocks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of distribution management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to distribution activities.,Ability to travel frequently to different locations as required.
