📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the administrative tasks of the directors, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.,Maintain and update the directors' calendars and schedules.,Handle correspondence, both incoming and outgoing, ensuring timely and accurate responses.,Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.,Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for the directors.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and tasks.,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.,Perform other duties as assigned by the directors or the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
