📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance and sales techniques.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or service industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
