As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality by implementing and maintaining service standards.,Manage and develop the restaurant team, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, staff, and vendors.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards and regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of marketing and sales strategies for the food and beverage industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
