Bidang Bimo Bakso is a well-established bakso (Indonesian meatballs) restaurant chain in Bali, known for its delicious and authentic flavors. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Admin to join our team. The Finance Admin will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in various tasks. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the management.,Process and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and payments.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.,Support the finance team in data analysis and financial forecasting.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of budget reports and financial projections.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
