NOKIA Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Serang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed,Provide feedback to customers and address any concerns,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or retail environment,Strong communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid ID and bank account for salary purposes,Willingness to work in a remote setting
