📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers by monitoring and managing the transportation process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities, including inventory levels, order status, and transportation schedules.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.,Provide exceptional customer service by addressing logistics-related inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in logistics planning and strategy meetings to contribute to the development and implementation of logistics initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with transportation regulations and industry best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
