📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and high-quality service.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics to ensure continuous improvement.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
