📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the F&B service, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensuring that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.,Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customers have a positive dining experience.,Training and developing the F&B service team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Working closely with the management team to ensure that the F&B service meets the needs and expectations of our customers.,Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the F&B service, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed in the F&B service area.,Managing the budget for the F&B service and ensuring that it is used effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both customers and staff.,Proven ability to manage and control budgets.,Knowledge of food and beverage service best practices and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work shift-based hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
