📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.,Keep track of inventory and place orders for food supplies.,Develop and implement new menu ideas to attract customers.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
