City Sun Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet.,Manage and train a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
