📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the Rhea Naturals e-commerce platform using Shopify and other relevant tools.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and preferences, using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Enhance the customer experience by improving website navigation, checkout processes, and customer support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce and CRM.
• Provide training and support to the sales and customer service teams on e-commerce best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and CRM to continuously improve strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce and CRM, preferably in the wellness or beauty industry.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
