PT Digital Wibawa is looking for a Deputy HR Manager to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for helping employees and the organization thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reviewing applications.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Support the HR Manager in managing HR data and reporting.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
