📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are aligned with our strategic goals.,Manage a team of managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their roles effectively.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to ensure the company's continued growth and success.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the company, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the company is operating in a compliant manner.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Represent the company at external events and meetings, both locally and internationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of operational management and a proven track record of success in this area.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,A deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in which the company operates.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
