📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment.,Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure network infrastructure supports business needs.,Document network configurations and changes for future reference.,Participate in network upgrades and expansions as needed.,Provide technical support to end-users regarding network-related issues.,Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends.,Assist in the implementation of network security measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a network engineering or related role.,Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.,Familiarity with network equipment and tools such as routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring software.,Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
