📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Optimize inventory management and stock control systems.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
