📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their operational skills.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Familiarity with supply chain management and inventory control is a plus.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
