We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of the recruitment process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve the process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Build and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and job market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and local recruitment practices.
