Jaya Bimo Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our restaurant's facilities and equipment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our restaurant is always running smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of restaurant facilities and equipment,Ensure that all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians,Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations,Provide regular maintenance reports to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of restaurant facilities and equipment,Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams,Strong knowledge of restaurant equipment and facilities,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs,Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus
