📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (preferred but not required),Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus
