Flokq is looking for a dedicated Customer Chat Support English professional to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and assistance. Your primary focus will be on sales-related inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in English.,Assist customers with sales-related issues and guide them through the purchasing process.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.,Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve our products and services.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support.,Provide regular reports on customer interactions and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in customer support or sales is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
