CAST Lestari is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team in Seminyak. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who is ready to take on the responsibilities and challenges that come with this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime operations and a proven track record of safe and efficient vessel management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and navigate the vessel safely and efficiently,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies,Maintain and inspect the vessel and its equipment,Manage the crew and ensure their safety and well-being,Plan and execute voyages according to the company's schedule,Handle emergency situations and respond appropriately,Communicate effectively with the company and other stakeholders,Monitor and report on fuel consumption and other operational metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain,Valid Captain's License (COC),Knowledge of maritime laws and regulations,Experience with vessel management and maintenance,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with ECDIS and other navigation systems,Experience with crew management and safety procedures
